- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3–4 tablespoons ice water
Instrucciones
Prepara la masa
Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add ice water gradually until dough holds together.
Roll into a 9-inch pie dish. Prick base with fork. Chill for 15 min.

Line crust with parchment and add pie weights or beans.
Bake 10 min, remove weights, and bake another 5 min.
