  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3–4 tablespoons ice water

Instrucciones

Prepara la masa

  1. Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  2. Add ice water gradually until dough holds together.

  3. Roll into a 9-inch pie dish. Prick base with fork. Chill for 15 min.
