Mycoterra Farm, Inc

Mycoterra Farm is a woman-owned, USDA certified organic mushroom farm founded in 2010 by Julia Coffey in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. Based in South Deerfield, MA, the farm specializes in regenerative agriculture and grows over 10 varieties of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms including Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Maitake, Reishi, Chestnut, Pioppino, and multiple Oyster varieties (Blue, Pink, Yellow, Black Pearl).

Beyond fresh and dried mushrooms, Mycoterra offers mushroom growing kits for home cultivators, plug spawn for log inoculation, medicinal tinctures and extracts, Myco Glow skincare products, and compost. The farm also operates Mycoterra Kitchen — a commercial kitchen available for rental — and hosts workshops on mushroom cultivation.

All mushrooms are grown and packaged on-site at their South Deerfield farm, supporting the Pioneer Valley's thriving local agricultural economy.
