Julia Coffey is the founder of Mycoterra Farm, a USDA certified organic mushroom farm in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. Since 2010, she has been growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms using regenerative agriculture practices. Julia is passionate about local food systems, mushroom cultivation education, and making specialty mushrooms accessible to the Pioneer Valley community. She offers workshops, farm tours, and growing kits to help others discover the world of fungi.
