Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling

ShroomSpy currently ships only within the United States, including all 50 states, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak times, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the vendor and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3–7 business days. Priority Mail is 1–3 business days. Expedited options are surfaced at checkout when available from the vendor.

International Shipping

ShroomSpy does not currently ship outside the United States. If an international order is placed in error, we will refund it in full and notify you by email. We are working on expanding internationally — sign up for our newsletter to hear when that ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Late Packages

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Contact support at support@shroomspy.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
